A contract with us will be the sole agreement governing the terms of the services provided in this agreement. No other agreement, written or oral, shall be upheld. Once the contract is signed by both parties, it cannot be cancelled unless both parties approve cancellation in writing. In the event of cancellation and if you have not paid the project amount in full, you will be responsible for payment on a pro-rated basis based on work completed prior to cancellation.
We will invoice you for a 50% deposit prior to beginning work on any project. Forms of accepted payment include eTransfer (info@reddragoncreative.ca) or credit card. If you are a resident of Canada, HST/GST will be added accordingly.

Once you receive the first draft of a particular project, you are entitled to 2 rounds of complimentary revisions. For each additional round of revisions beyond the included two, a fee of $25 + HST per round will be invoiced separately or added to your final invoice. A “round” of revisions constitutes a single contained statement or email with a list of changes / modifications pertaining to the project.
For example, if Suzy chooses a logo option from the initial logo selection, and sends us an email advising that she would like the colours adjusted and the typography modified, that would constitute one revision “round”. If Suzy sends a follow-up email the next day that she would also like her logo icon changed, that would constitute a separate round of revisions.
All branding / graphic design projects that we create are hand-crafted by our experienced team of graphic designers and branding experts. In working with us, it is vital that you trust the creative process and expertise of our designers, as we only want what is best for your brand and your business.
Depending on your branding package of choice, you will receive 2-3 initial logo design options, and you are then entitled to 2-3 rounds of complimentary revisions on your one (1) preferred option. For each additional round of revisions beyond the included rounds, a fee of $25 + HST per round will be billed separately or added to your final invoice.
Once a project has been approved, you will receive the final deliverables in all of the file formats and variations specified within the project terms.
We deliver all files via an online dropbox, where files can be viewed and downloaded. All files are retained in the dropbox, free of charge for 6 months before they are removed. It is your responsibility to download the files before they are removed.
All website projects that we build / work on will be delivered to you in the form of a custom-designed WordPress website. We take great pride in ensuring that each and every website we work on is hand-crafted to suit your needs.

If you choose to host your new website with us, we include one (1) year free of web hosting for our Deluxe package and six (6) months free of web hosting in our Standard package. The annual renewal fee for our web hosting services is determined by our agreement before commencing the project.
Your website will be hosted on our speedy & secure cloud web server powered by Siteground.
If, for any reason, you choose to transfer your website off of our hosting server, we will provide the necessary website files, credentials and deactivate any WordPress plugin licenses, however, you will be responsible for completing the transfer to the new hosting provider & their server.
If you opt-in to our website maintenance package, we will provide recurring maintenance for your website, for the period specified in our agreement (Monthly or pre-paid Annual).
Website maintenance is limited to plugin/theme updates, daily offsite website backups, speed/optimization checkups, ongoing SEO checkups, 3 small content updates* per month and bug fixes if necessary.
*Small content updates refer to changes in text or image content, as well as the addition of blog posts or other dynamic content. Adding new pages or new products is not part of these content updates unless explicitly agreed upon.
