We start by reviewing any details you’ve sent either through our online form or email/phone call.
Once we’ve familiarized ourselves with the details we will reach out to schedule a call with you & see how we can align ourselves to help achieve your branding goals.
If we’re on the same page & ready to get started, we’ll send over the quote & contract for you to review & sign, as well as a deposit invoice of 50% of the total project cost.
This is where we will begin to work with you on developing your brand strategy.
This can include exploring your target audience, analyzing competitors, as well as potential brand language & messaging going forward.
We know that this can sound intimidating & very formal, but we want to assure you that this is a very relaxed & collaborative call where we will explore your vision, lend advice & bounce ideas off each other, with a combined goal of delivering results for you!
The design stage is the longest & most important part of the process, where we will conduct market research & take everything we’ve discussed to start creating your brand concepts.
Our goal is to make you stand out in your industry but also create an identity that best reflects what the brand itself is all about.
Once your design concepts are ready, we will send them over as a secure digital presentation for you to review. Once you have chosen your favourite concept, we are able to use any feedback you may have to make revisions to that concept.
When we are locked in on the final design, we deliver all remaining files & deliverables for you to easily access & download.
There is not – We found that once you start mixing these services together it becomes far more beneficial to you as the client to communicate with you directly, to find out exactly what your needs are and tailor our services to those needs.
3-4 weeks – Following the initial consultation, the first 2-3 weeks is a time estimate for developing your branding. Pending the revision period, the remaining time is used to finalize supplemental materials for your brand.
Revision time will vary based on the complexity of the revision & scope of the feedback.
You have revisions! – Our goal is always to bring your vision to life in a way that we know will best represent that vision.
While this is a very unlikely scenario because of the in-depth work we do with you before hand, we understand that this can be a concern for those who have not yet started the process with us.
To ease your concerns we always offer 2-3 rounds of revisions at absolutely no cost to you, as well as further revisions at an additional cost should you need them. These revisions can help bring the concept closer to your vision.
Absolutely! – We can help you with graphics for your campaigns, events etc. just reach out to get started.
Please note: Red Dragon Creative does not currently offer printing services, however we can design to the specifications of your chosen printing provider.
